Life and Bridal coaching


Services: The provider is a trained professional coach with a diploma in life coaching skills from ‘Wellness Professionals at Work,’ which is accredited by the Association for Coaching and the National Council of Psychotherapists and approved by the Complementary Medical Association. The Provider is a member of the National Council of Psychotherapists and subscribes to its code of conduct. Coaching sessions with the Client may be carried out in person, over the telephone or via Skype/FaceTime at a mutually agreed time and place. Sessions will last for one hour unless agreed in advance. Sessions commencing later than the agreed time may result in them being curtailed.

Important Information: Services do not cover mental health issues nor are they a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. The client is advised to consult a suitably qualified professional for issues in these areas.

Confidentiality: All information provided by the Client will be confidential and not disclosed to any third party without consent or as required by law. Personal data will be held and used according to the Data Protection Act 1998.

Payment: Fees and the payment method will be agreed before coaching commences. In respect of fees paid in advance for courses, all sessions must be completed within six months of the starting date or fees will be forfeited. Payment is required strictly within 14 days of the invoice date. The business is not registered for VAT.

Cancellation: At least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or change of arrangements must be given on either side. Sessions cancelled by the Client with less than 24 hrs notice will result in the full cost of the session becoming due.

Termination of Agreement: The Provider or Client can cancel the agreement at any time. Fees paid for sessions which have taken place will not be refunded and payment will be due for any sessions which have taken place but not been paid.

The above terms of business are covered by the law of England and Wales.
